The Nordyne JS4BE-060 is a Philco model and a 5 ton air conditioner that uses a R410 refrigerant which is also used by several other trademark names. The refrigerant is extremely popular due to its minimal environmental side effects. Where other refrigerants contribute to ozone depletion, the R410A does not harm the atmosphere. Furthermore, the air conditioner comes with a 25' line set electrical whip and a voltage consumption of about 208/230. The condenser can also be delivered separately.
